The Agreement You're Reading
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between My Order Info ("we", "us", "our"), operating from Office No.4, Street No. 7, Block A Sindhi Muslim CHS (SMCHS), Karachi, 75400, Pakistan, and the business that signs up for and uses the service ("you", the "merchant"). The moment you create an account, connect your store, or push a single message through My Order Info, you accept these terms in full. If you're accepting for a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind it. If any part of these terms doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the service — and do feel free to write to us first; most worries can be talked through.
What My Order Info Actually Does
My Order Info sends automated, transactional order-confirmation messages to your customers over the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Cloud API). When a shopper places an order with your store and has actively opted in, we message them on WhatsApp to confirm or cancel that order before you dispatch it, and we report their answer back to you. The point is plain: fewer fake orders, fewer returned parcels, less cash burned on COD shipments nobody meant to receive. Two things My Order Info is not: it isn't a marketing broadcast tool, and it isn't a way to reach people who never asked to hear from you. The service exists for one conversation — confirming a real order with the real person who placed it.
Who May Use the Service
You may use My Order Info if you're at least 18, run a lawful business, and give accurate registration details (business name, contact information, and the storefront you're connecting). You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for everything done under your account. Let us know straight away at contact@myorderinfo.xyz if you suspect someone got in without permission.
Permission Before Any Message
This section is the beating heart of the agreement, and we enforce it without bending. Before My Order Info sends a confirmation message to any customer, that customer must have given active, informed consent at your checkout. Specifically, your checkout must show: — a consent box that's unticked by default — the customer has to tick it themselves; — wording that names your store; — wording that says the messages arrive via WhatsApp; and — wording that describes them as transactional order-confirmation (utility) messages — not marketing. Pre-ticked boxes, consent buried in unrelated terms, implied consent, and consent gathered anywhere other than from the customer directly are all off the table. You must keep proof of each customer's consent and produce it to us on request. By sending through My Order Info, you warrant to us that valid consent exists for every single recipient.
Hard Lines We Never Cross
The following are banned outright, with no exceptions and no grace period: — No purchased, rented, scraped, exchanged, or bulk-imported contact lists. Every number must come from a genuine order with genuine consent. — No cold outreach or unsolicited messaging of any sort. — No turning the confirmation channel into a vehicle for promotions, upsells, or broadcasts. — No messaging anyone who has replied STOP. Opt-outs are honoured instantly and permanently, and the opt-out is never hidden, delayed, or argued with. — No prohibited goods. You may not use the service for products or businesses barred by Meta's Commerce Policy or by Pakistani law — including but not limited to weapons, illegal drugs, gambling services, adult content, counterfeit goods, and tobacco. A breach of this section is grounds for immediate suspension without notice. We built this service to be welcome in people's WhatsApp inboxes, and we mean to keep it that way.
Meta Sets Rules Too
Because the messages travel over the WhatsApp Business Platform, your use of My Order Info is also bound by Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, WhatsApp Business Terms, and Meta Commerce Policy, each as Meta updates them from time to time. In particular: — Every message template we send for you is submitted to Meta and must be approved by Meta before use. We can't send unapproved templates, and we won't try. — Meta may, on its own, reject templates, cap messaging volume, or restrict business numbers. Where Meta enforces against your traffic, we have to pass that through to you, and we aren't liable for Meta's decisions. — You agree not to attempt anything built to dodge Meta's review, rate limits, or quality systems.
Data: Who Controls, Who Processes
For customer personal data handled through the service, you are the data controller and My Order Info is your data processor. We process customer data only on your documented instructions and only to deliver the service. We apply appropriate security measures, bring in sub-processors only under written contracts with equivalent protections, help you with customer rights requests, notify you of personal-data breaches without undue delay, and delete or return customer data when the engagement ends, subject to legal retention duties. In return, you warrant that you hold a lawful basis (the opt-in consent described above) for every customer whose data you pass to us, that your own privacy notice discloses the use of My Order Info and WhatsApp, and that you'll route any customer rights request about our processing to us promptly. Paying for the Service
Fees are whatever the plan you pick at sign-up states, or whatever else we agree in writing, and they're exclusive of any applicable taxes, which you carry. Fees are billed in advance or per usage, as your plan sets out. If an invoice stays unpaid after reasonable notice, we may suspend the service until the account is settled. Except where the law says otherwise or these terms provide, fees already paid are non-refundable. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before any price rise takes effect on a renewal.
Honest Expectations
Order confirmation genuinely cuts down fake and returned COD orders for most stores — that's the whole reason we built it. But we won't promise you numbers we can't stand behind. We make no guarantee of any particular confirmation rate, delivery rate, return-rate drop, revenue outcome, or business result. Results hinge on your customers, your products, your follow-through, and factors neither of us controls. Message delivery itself depends on Meta's platform, the recipient's device, network conditions, and the recipient's own WhatsApp settings — none of which we run. To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limits on Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows: (a) neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, even if warned of the possibility; and (b) our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the fees you paid My Order Info in the three (3) months immediately before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that can't lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
If Your Misuse Causes Trouble, You Cover Us
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Order Info, its owners, and its staff from any third-party claims, fines, penalties, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from: (a) your breach of the consent requirements or messaging rules in these terms; (b) customer data you handed over without a lawful basis; (c) your products, your store, or your dealings with your customers; or (d) your violation of Meta's policies or applicable law. We'll let you know of any such claim and allow you to take part in the defence at your expense.
Pausing the Service, or Parting Ways
Suspension. We may suspend your account immediately and without prior notice if we reasonably believe you've breached the consent or messaging rules, endangered the platform, or set off enforcement by Meta. For lesser issues we'll warn you first and give you a fair chance to put things right. Termination. You may close your account at any time by written notice to contact@myorderinfo.xyz. We may terminate for unremedied material breach, for repeated policy violations, or — with at least 30 days' notice — if we wind down the service. After the end. Outstanding fees stay payable. You'll have a 30-day window to export your order-confirmation records, after which we delete customer personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and any legal retention duties. Sections that by their nature ought to survive (data obligations, liability limits, indemnity, governing law) survive.
Standing on Meta's Platform, Not in Meta's Family
My Order Info is an independent service. We use the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Cloud API) under Meta's developer and business terms — nothing beyond that. My Order Info is not affiliated with, partnered with, sponsored by, certified by, or endorsed by WhatsApp LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., or Facebook. All trademarks, including "WhatsApp" and "Meta", belong to their respective owners and appear here purely to identify the platform we lawfully build on. You agree not to claim any such affiliation to your customers.
What Belongs to Whom
The My Order Info software, dashboards, documentation, brand, and everything we built stay our property; you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own store while these terms are in force. Your business data and your customers' data stay yours; you grant us only the licence we need to process them to deliver the service. Neither party gains rights in the other's intellectual property beyond what this section grants.
Law, Forum, and Housekeeping
Governing law and forum. These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have exclusive jurisdiction — though we ask, as a first step, that you raise any dispute with us directly so we can try to settle it like reasonable people within 30 days. Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged at least 14 days before they take effect, and continued use after that date counts as acceptance. Notices to us go to contact@myorderinfo.xyz; notices to you go to your registered email. Severability: if a clause is held invalid, the rest stands. No waiver: not enforcing a clause once doesn't waive it. Assignment: you may not assign these terms without our written consent; we may assign to a successor of the business. Force majeure: neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. Entire agreement: these terms, the Privacy Policy, and your plan details are the whole agreement between us.
How Messaging Works at My Order Info — Our Acceptable-Use Note
Every message My Order Info sends follows the same five rules, with no exceptions: 1. Opt-in only. We message a customer only after they've ticked an empty consent box at checkout — one that names the store, mentions WhatsApp, and describes the message as a transactional order confirmation. No tick, no message. Ever. 2. One job, one conversation. Our messages confirm or cancel an order the customer just placed. They're utility messages, not marketing. No promotions, no broadcasts, no "while we have you" upsells. 3. STOP means stop. Any customer can reply STOP at any time. The messages end immediately and permanently, and the option is never hidden or delayed. 4. Clean numbers only. Bought, scraped, rented, or imported contact lists are banned from our platform outright. Every number must come from a real order with real consent. Stores that break this rule lose access. 5. Meta-approved, Meta-compliant. Messages travel over the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Cloud API), and every template is submitted to and approved by Meta before it's used. Merchants must also comply with Meta's Commerce Policy — prohibited product categories can't use the service. One more thing, said plainly: My Order Info is an independent Pakistani service built on Meta's official platform.
