No — and we'd rather say it upfront than have you wonder. My Order Info is an independent service that runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Cloud API). We are not affiliated with, partnered with, sponsored by, or endorsed by WhatsApp, Meta, or Facebook. We simply build on their official platform, play by their rulebook, and get every message template approved by Meta before a single one goes out.
+How does a customer agree to receive these messages?
On your checkout page there's a plainly worded checkbox that sits empty until the customer taps it. It names your store, makes clear the message arrives on WhatsApp, and says it's a transactional order-confirmation note. The shopper ticks it of their own accord. No tick means no message — that line never moves.
+What exactly does the customer receive on WhatsApp?
A single, Meta-approved message laying out their order — the items, the amount, the delivery address — with a Confirm button and a Cancel button underneath. One tap closes it. No dodgy links, no sales talk, no promotional follow-ups.
+What happens if a customer cancels or stays silent?
A cancellation lands in your dashboard right away, so that parcel never gets booked and never costs you a courier rupee. Silence is logged as awaiting, and the call is entirely yours — ring them, park the order, or ship it under your own rules. We line up the answers; you make the decisions.
+Will it fit the store I already run?

No — and treat anyone who promises that with caution. Some returns come from causes no message can touch. Here's what we'll stand behind: every order cancelled through My Order Info is one you didn't pay to send and didn't wait a fortnight to get back. The proof shows up in your courier statements, not in a slogan.
+What customer data do you handle, and who can see it?
We touch the customer's name, phone number, and order details — only what it takes to send and log the confirmation, nothing spare. The lawful basis is the customer's own opt-in. The data goes to Meta/WhatsApp to carry the message, back to your store (which stays the data controller — My Order Info acts as processor), and to a short list of vetted sub-processors. We hold it only as long as needed, guard it properly, and honour access, correction, and deletion requests.
